JPMorgan is suing 7 home builders

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking $325 million in lawsuits against seven home builders over a stalled Nevada development.

New York-based JPMorgan, in complaints filed in federal court in Manhattan, said a development group defaulted on guarantees to develop a planned community in Henderson.
