Gibson Guitar suit: An article in Business on Saturday about Gibson Guitar Corp. filing a patent infringement lawsuit against Viacom Inc.’s MTV networks and Harmonix, as well as Electronic Arts Inc., said the suit was related to the “Guitar Hero” video games. The lawsuit was related to the “Rock Band” video game and the first “Guitar Hero” game, developed by Harmonix. Also, the article said Electronic Arts publishes “Guitar Hero.” The game is published by Activision Inc.
