CB Richard Ellis to advise FDIC

CB Richard Ellis Group Inc. of Los Angeles was selected to advise the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. on the agency’s portfolio of real estate.
The broker will be responsible for managing and marketing residential and commercial properties owned by the FDIC, CB Richard Ellis said.
