Bank robbed twice in one day

Not all the bad financial news was on Wall Street on Monday. A Wells Fargo Bank was robbed twice in two hours, the FBI said.
The branch in the Ralphs supermarket on Grossmont Boulevard was robbed at 3:36 p.m. by the “Chatty Bandit” and then two hours later by the “Hard Hat Bandit.” Both are wanted for a series of bank holdups.
There was no evidence to suggest the two robbers were working together, the FBI said.
