Praise for family’s fiscal prudence

Share

Regarding the story “Her future is their biggest concern,” (Money Makeover, Sept. 28):

What a wonderful story in these troubled times. The financial common sense of the Revells is refreshing. Our family also learned in the Great Depression to buy what you need, not what you want.

When I see the lack of savings and inappropriate use of credit today, I know that we have failed to educate our public about the dangers of debt.

This family has determined a most worthy goal, and I am certain they will achieve it.
