Hulu.com, the website that offers TV shows and movies, was the third-most watched Internet video destination last month, overtaking Yahoo Inc.

The Hulu service, whose owners include News Corp. and General Electric Co.’s NBC Universal, showed 380 million videos in March, compared with Yahoo’s fourth-place 335 million, according to ComScore Inc.

Viewers watched 5.9 billion videos on YouTube and other Google Inc. sites, and News Corp.’s fully owned sites such as MySpace.com provided 437 million viewings for second place.

Shares of News Corp., which is based in New York, fell 10 cents to $8.40. GE lost 9 cents to $12.
