Turq empire

The luscious color turquoise is emerging as this summer’s hottest hue, turning up on handbags, Volkswagens and especially home furnishings. Plates and glasses, tiles and carpets, fabrics and pillows -- all are aqueous accents for the home. Larger items, such as Fatboy bean bag chairs and sofas upholstered in a Caribbean palette, serve not as accents but as showstoppers. Here’s a sampling of what we’re seeing.
