Re “Wrong on rights,” Editorial, June 19

The editorial criticizing the Supreme Court’s refusal to allow a DNA test that might prove a convicted man innocent suggests that John G. Roberts Jr. should be redesignated the chief injustice of the Supreme Court.

I would like to see Chief Justice Roberts and justices Antonin Scalia, Clarence Thomas, Anthony Kennedy and Samuel A. Alito Jr. accused of rape and imprisoned. I’d like to see DNA testing denied.

Then I’d like to see how they feel about prisoners having no constitutional right to demand DNA testing of evidence, even at their own expense.
