Jillian and Mariko Tamaki’s graphic novel “This One Summer” (First Second: 320 pp., $17.99 paper) tells the story of two adolescent girls in a summer beach town, troubled by the problems of their parents, fascinated by the local teens. Deft, understated and utterly unsentimental, it’s both beautifully written and exquisitely drawn.
