‘Brady Bunch’ star Barry Williams lists Malibu beach house for $6.3 million

Following the sale of the Brady Bunch house last year, Barry Williams, who played Greg Brady in the beloved sitcom, is looking to get in on the action.

His oceanfront home in Malibu Cove Colony is up for grabs at $6.375 million, according to the Multiple Listing Service.

Built in 1974, the two-story abode features a courtyard in the front and an expansive waterfront deck out back. Walls of windows take in ocean views throughout the floor plan — most notably in the two-story living room anchored by a dramatic stone fireplace.

In 2,808 square feet, there are three bedrooms, four bathrooms, a dining area, wood-beamed family room and center-island kitchen.

Upstairs, the master suite expands to two balconies: one inside overlooking the living room and one outside overlooking the ocean. Custom clerestories line the bathroom.

The listing agents are Shen Schulz of Sotheby’s International Realty, Sandro Dazzan of the Agency and Irene Dazzan-Palmer of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.

In addition to “The Brady Bunch,” Williams also starred in multiple spin-offs, including “The Brady Bunch Variety Hour,” “The Brady Girls Get Married” and “A Very Brady Christmas.” Later this year, he’s set to appear in “A Very Brady Renovation,” an HGTV show planned after the network bought the house last year.
