It seems that “Scorpion” star Eddie Kaye Thomas got a pretty good bite. He has sold his home in Hollywood Hills for $900,000 — $50,500 more than his asking price.

The modest 1950s bungalow is set up from the street. If the place is lacking in size at 987 square feet, the interiors make up for it in character. Vaulted exposed-beam ceilings, a corner wood-burning fireplace and built-ins add atmosphere to the interiors. A remodeled kitchen, two bedrooms with balconies and one bathroom complete the indoor living space.

Outdoors, a trellis covers one of two brick patios. The deck has an outdoor fireplace and canyon views. There’s a two-car garage.

Thomas, 35, gained fame on the “American Pie” films. He is also a character on the animated series “American Dad.”

The property, once owned by actor Don Mantooth, last changed hands in 2004 for $700,000, records show. Credit goes to Celebrity Aerial Address for spotting the sale.

Laura Stupsker of The Agency was the listing agent. Danelle Lavin of Hilton & Hyland, an affiliate of Christie’s International Real Estate, represented the buyer.
