Jason Biggs, who gained fame on the “American Pie” films, and his wife, actress-author Jenny Mollen, have sold a house above the Sunset Strip in Hollywood Hills West for $2.565 million.

Even the master bathroom takes advantage of the perch with what the listing details describe as a “jaw-dropping view shower.” The walled and gated Midcentury Modern-style home, built in 1963, features city-to-ocean vistas.

A great room, a dining room, a den/office, a media room, three bedrooms and four bathrooms are among the 2,756 square feet of living space. Vaulted ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows and an open-concept layout create a sense of abundant light and unfettered room flow.

Living areas open to a terrace and swimming pool. There’s also a courtyard, an outdoor gym, a secured two-car garage and a dog run.

Biggs, 37, is in the series “Orange Is the New Black.” He also plays Leonardo on the animated series “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.”

He bought the house in 2007 for $2.249 million, public records show. The next year he married Mollen, who has been on “Angel” (2003-04), “Viva Laughlin” (2007) and “Crash” (2009).

The property came on the market last year at $2.995 million but was more recently priced at $2.595 million.

Peter Maurice and Tregg Rustad of Rodeo Realty were the listing agents. Ben Salem, also with Rodeo Realty, represented the buyer.

The couple has another home for sale in the Beverly Hills Post Office area at $4.795 million.
