Kid Rock lists ‘Balinese oasis’ in Malibu for $13.45 million
Kid Rock has listed his Malibu estate for sale at $13.45 million.
Described as the “ultimate Balinese oasis” in the Multiple Listing Service, the 1.5-acre property includes a main house, a guesthouse and a swimming pool with an outdoor shower. Intricately carved doors open to a black-and-white mosaic foyer.
Within the 8,305 square feet of living space are a screening room, a gym, an office, five bedrooms, five bathrooms and a sauna.
The multiple-instrument musician, 42, is known for his 1998 album “Devil Without a Cause.” The former husband of “Bay Watch” babe Pamela Anderson released his most recent album, “Rebel Soul,” last year. He has worked on soundtracks for scores of television specials and shows.
Rock, whose real name is Robert Ritchie, bought the property in 2006 for $11.6 million, public records show. He also has a home in Detroit.
