Melissa George of the TV drama “Heartbeat” has listed a Calabasas house for sale at $995,000. The home has been rented out in recent years and also is available as a long-term lease at $5,500 a month.

George, 40, starred last year in “The Slap” and appeared on “The Good Wife” in 2013 and 2014.
The property last changed hands in 2002 for $600,000.
