Nicole Sullivan of “Wendell and Vinnie” and her husband, Jason Packham, have sold their house in Hollywood Hills for $1.865 million.

The 1920s-era home had been priced at $1.699 million and went from listed to close in just over a month.

The three-quarters of an acre property features a French country-style main house, chauffeur’s quarters, a guesthouse and a swimming pool.

The lived-in looking 3,444 square feet of living space includes an updated kitchen, a breakfast room, five bedrooms, four bathrooms and a sauna.

Perhaps most notable are the trademark L.A. views, which take in the Hollywood sign and the Griffith Observatory.

Sullivan, 44, has done voice work on “Family Guy” since 2000, was on “Cougar Town” for two years and starred on “Rita Rocks” (2008-09). The busy actress was on “The King of Queens,” as was Packham, and will be in next year’s animated film “The Penguins of Madagascar.”

Boni Bryant and Joe Reichling of Sotheby’s International Realty were the listing agents. James Foreman of Sotheby’s International Realty represented the buyer.
