A Los Feliz residence owned by late television actor Ron Glass has come on the market for $1.85 million.

The Midcentury Modern-style home on a hillside lot features beamed ceilings, walls of glass and a living room with a centerpiece fireplace. Views from the wraparound balcony extend from downtown L.A. to the ocean.

A formal dining room, a family room, an eat-in kitchen, two bedrooms and 2.25 bathrooms are within more than 2,100 square feet of living space. The master suite has an updated bathroom and a walk-in closet.

The two-car garage sits off the front of the home.

The property last changed hands in 1978 for $160,000, records show.

Alison Whitaker of Sotheby’s International Realty holds the listing.

Glass, who died last month at 71, got his start as a comic actor, appearing in the sitcoms “Sanford and Son,” “All in the Family” and “Good Times.” He is best remembered for his roles in the show “Barney Miller” and the sci-fi series “Firefly.”
