Actress Sally Kellerman steps out of her role as landlord in Hollywood Hills West
An investment property owned by actress Sally Kellerman has sold in Hollywood Hills West for $1.45 million.
Leased out over the years in the $5,000-a-month range, the 1950s cottage has an open plan and dramatic high-beamed ceilings that give the hideaway an Old World ambience. There are two bedrooms and one bathroom within the 1,557 square feet of living space.
The nearly quarter-acre lot is enclosed and surrounded by tall mature trees.
Kellerman, 80, is known for her role as Margaret Houlihan in the 1970 film “M*A*S*H*.” The veteran actress has enjoyed a six-decade career and is in the series “Decker.”
