The most expensive rental on the market in Los Angeles County is this newly built spec home on a piece of prime Beverly Hills property once owned by actor James Woods. It sold in 2013 for $8.5 million and was replaced with this “state-of-the-art modern barn.”

Last sold: Public records show that it was last sold in 1995 for $2.05 million, although the property changed hands in 2003 for an undisclosed amount.
