Foreclosure Workshop: The California Foreclosure Institute, in conjunction with the Orange County Real Estate Forum, will present a two-hour workshop for beginner investors and real estate agents on how to get started finding and buying foreclosure properties, 6:30 to 9 p.m., 555 Anton, Suite 150, Costa Mesa.
