Daughter sues L.A. over father’s death following LAPD takedown
Los Angeles police released body-camera footage of an incident in which a man died after being detained by officers in Van Nuys. The daughter of Jacobo Juarez Cedillo is suing the city of L.A. in federal court, alleging her father was subjected to excessive force in violation of his constitutional rights.
