‘The Federal Government must ramp up investments in cities,’ says Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti

L.A. Mayor Eric Garcetti urged Congress and the Trump administration to shore up state and local budgets depleted by the coronavirus crisis, saying “we can’t let and states and localities starve to death.”
