Arrested for not wearing a seat belt and talking on a cellphone (yes, BOTH at once -- and if that’s not anarchy in this day and age, we don’t know what is!), Mark’s traffic stop then escalated into an arrest on suspicion of resisting arrest and battery on a police officer.
