Carrie Ann Inaba, the “Dancing With the Stars” judge who has a problem with lifts, is engaged to actor Robb Derringer, the couple confirmed on social media.

“We’re so excited to share this with everyone....IT’S TRUE! #believeinlove,” Inaba tweeted, including a link to a People story that had details of their engagement Wednesday. Said daytime-drama veteran Derringer, “My beautiful love & best friend @carrieanninaba & I overjoyed 2 share our happy news.”

After putting his thoughts into a letter — because, he said, he’s “a better writer than a speaker” — 49-year-old Derringer popped the question last Saturday on a secluded California beach where they’d had their first date, People reported.

“Our first date was on a Saturday and we have celebrated with a toast, a visit to a beach, special date, a motorcycle adventure, or a road trip on every Saturday since,” explained Inaba, 48.

In March, the former Fly Girl made their relationship Facebook-official with a relationship status change, Soaps.com said in a report that included a summary of how Derringer’s “General Hospital” character Special Agent Kyle Slone was killed off in September 2015. (Shot and dumped off a pier, if you don’t follow “GH”). He’s due to show up on “Days of Our Lives” next year, according to IMDb.

Inaba was previously engaged to accountant Jesse Sloan, whom she met through eHarmony. Sloan had proposed to her in a rather public way, popping the question on “Live! With Regis and Kelly” in March 2011. They split quietly in the summer of 2012.

Oh, one more thing: Derringer proposed to his lady with a 3.68-karat oval diamond ring, People said, and that’s not counting the 120 round brilliant-cut diamonds set into the 18-karat rose gold band.

Lift that, Carrie.
