Luke Bryan scores nine American Country Awards
Luke Bryan’s big year continued as the country crooner scored nine American Country Awards at Monday night’s ceremony in Las Vegas.
Bryan dominated the third-annual fan-voted awards show, taking home some of the night’s biggest honors, including artist and album of the year. His No. 1 country hit, “I Don’t Want This Night to End” -- which perhaps took on a new meaning for Bryan Monday night -- was named single and music video of the year.
Other big winners included Miranda Lambert, who took home three awards with her hit “Over You,” which was named both single and video of the year by a female artist along with most played radio track by a female, which was determined by the chart service Mediabase.

Carrie Underwood scored two wins, including female artist of the year, which brought her career total to 11, the most awards for an ACA artist. Fellow “American Idol” alum Lauren Alaina also won new artist of the year.
Hunter Hayes, who scored three Grammy nominations last week, won two new artist awards for music video and single of the year for his smash “Wanted.”
Jason Aldean was named touring artist of the year.
