Club Revolution celebrated the premiere of ‘Rock of Ages,’ Adam Shankman’s film adaptation of the Broadway play, with an ‘80s-themed party. A large part of the movie was shot at the downtown Fort Lauderdale venue, and some of the scenery remained in place June 15, a year after the filming took place in 2011.

Event organizers gave prizes to the attendees with the best ‘80s get-up, biggest hair, and ‘80s celebrity costumes between two hour-long sets by cover band Lazy Bonez. Brev Sullivan, the band’s guitarist, played alongside Tom Cruise in the movie’s fictional band, Arsenal.
