Chris Pratt really can do anything; action star runs in heels on ‘Late Late Show’

Bryce Dallas Howard spends an awful lot of time running in “Jurassic World” — and running in high heels to boot. That fact wasn’t lost on costar Chris Pratt and “Late Late Show” host James Corden.

“I did a lot of ankle exercises,” the actress said Wednesday on the show. “I trained for running in heels as if I was in the Olympics. I was just like this is a life-or-death situation here; I better be sorted. I have a very difficult time dealing with heels in my day-to-day life.”

Pratt, the newly minted action star, praised his costar for running on rough terrain in the jungle and mud while they filmed the summer flick in Hawaii. Though the host was satisfied with Howard’s running-in-heels skills, he was unsure about Pratt’s abilities.

The “Parks and Recreation” star’s excuse was that he never found a pair of heels “big enough to run in,” but Corden’s prop department seemed to have that covered.

Behold: the sexy red pump and a gag that we recently saw Liam Hemsworth perform with Jimmy Fallon on “The Tonight Show.”

Corden propositioned the up-for-anything star to take a stroll in the stilettos, and Howard remained confident that her costar could “kinda do anything.”

And that he did! Pratt strutted, flitted, jumped and posed in those bad boys.

See it in the video above and in the glut of .gifs that overtook social media after the show.

Watch out, dinosaurs. Those stilettos are coming for you.

“Jurassic World” hits theaters Friday.
