Update: The Beverly Hills home of the late Adam “ DJ AM” Goldstein has sold for $2,755,000, the Multiple Listing Service shows.

Built in 1961, the house sits on more than three-quarters of an acre on a cul-de-sac with canyon, city and ocean views. There are mahogany floors, a built-in theater, a two-sided fireplace and a backyard with a swimming pool and spa. The gated Midcentury house has four bedrooms and 4 1/2 bathrooms in a single story totaling 3,375 square feet.

Goldstein, who worked on albums for stars including Madonna and Will Smith and often collaborated with Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker, was known for his electrifying performances. He appeared on TV in “The Simple Life” (2005), “Entourage” (2006) and “Gone Too Far” (2008).

Anthony Stellini of Nourmand & Associates, Beverly Hills, had the listing, according to the MLS, and Marc J. Robinson of Coldwell Banker’s Beverly Hills North office represented the buyer.
