Hollywood Headlines: A crazy week in review

Abercrombie & Fitch doesn't like "Jersey Shore," and apparently Tony Bennett doesn't either. The 85-year-old crooner publicly slammed the show, calling the cast "morons and gangsters." What's his beef? The negative depiction of Italian Americans. "If you depicted Jews in a stereotypical way, there would be parades in the street, and rightly so," he said. "Same thing with Chinese people and Poles. So why aren't there any here?" Though the "Jersey Shore" haters surely applauded the statement, it was only a few days earlier that Bennett's opinions had landed him in hot water. While on the "Howard Stern Show" he had some rather controversial things to say about the 9/11 attacks, claiming that "They flew the plane in, but we caused it." He later apologized. Tom Sizemore arrested

Tom Sizemore was back in the pen this week after being arrested on an outstanding battery warrant. Details on the charges are sparse, but Sizemore’s trouble with drug arrests and probation violations is well known. Chaz Bono hits the dance floor

After all the hype surrounding Chaz Bono on “Dancing With the Stars,” the transgender son of Sonny and Cher finally had a chance to show off some fancy footwork. Of course, Chaz was feeling the pressure in rehearsals, confessing, “Being in your 40s, and overweight, it kills my body,” he said. “I really wanna not suck.”

Taylor Armstrong's public mourning

Taylor Armstrong took her grief to the masses this week, stopping by “Entertainment Tonight” and “Dr. Phil” to talk about her husband’s suicide in August. The “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” cast member discussed her troubled marriage and gave a detailed account of the day she found Russell’s body, telling “E.T.” she was “laying in the street screaming” and “I realized that my little girl was there and I had to pull it together to get her out of there.”

Too soon for a press tour? “Housewives’ ” Jill Zarin, formerly of the New York show, thinks so. “Honestly, I wouldn’t talk to the press or anyone for six months to a year,” Zarin said on “Good Morning America.” “I would buckle down with my family, and I probably wouldn’t come back on the show.”   (David Livingston / Getty Images)
