Beverly Hills villa designed by an architect to the stars

The 12,500-square-foot villa, found on more than an acre in exclusive North Beverly Park, was designed by Richard Landry, the Los Angeles-based architect who has been commissioned by celebrities including Tom Brady, Mark Wahlberg and Bruce Jenner.
