Faith Lennox, a 7-year-old from Lakewood whose left forearm was amputated as an infant, has received a new prosthetic device made by a 3D printer at Los Alamitos’ Build it Workspace on Tuesday, March 30. Faith’s left forearm and hand were amputated when she was 9 months old.
