Jason Aaron Baca 41, is a top romance cover model who lives in Saratoga, Calif. Baca, who has appeared on the covers of more than 400 romance novels, says he is trying to break Fabio Lanzoni record of 460.

Photographer Portia Shao spent hours capturing Baca in multiple poses with multiple props. Sometimes his images are Photoshopped afterward to give him a different eye color or such.
