Police and coroner’s officials are investigating after a man’s body was found floating in Newport Harbor on Monday morning, according to authorities.
Police were called shortly before 9 a.m. when someone discovered the body in the water at the eastern end of the harbor near River Avenue and 43rd Street, Newport Beach police spokeswoman Jennifer Manzella said.
