Chicago protesters react to Garner and Brown decisions

A wave of protests over a grand jury’s decision not to indict a white police officer in the death of Eric Garner, an unarmed black man in New York City, has spilled into the streets of Chicago. The scenes are similar to protests in Chicago after the Michael Brown verdict in Missouri.
