Virgin Islands residents, still reeling from Irma, evacuate as new storms approach
As another tropical storm, Maria, gains strength in the Caribbean, residents of St. John evacuate.
At the docks of the Caribbean outpost of St. John, families with dogs and cats in carriers who managed to survive Hurricane Irma waited for two emergency ferries leaving for San Juan, Puerto Rico, as another hurricane, Maria, was on the way.
