New “Dancing With the Stars” contestant Erin Andrews (pictured above right with Dan Patrick and her sister Kendra Andrews), already a victim of a peephole hotel stalker who is now serving 30 months in federal prison, has recently been informed of death threats sent via email to “The Dan Patrick Show.”

Except the sexual emails started arriving back on Sept. 14, 2009. Andrews is outraged that DirecTV kept them from her until now.

TMZ has learned that DirecTV, the company that owns “The Dan Patrick Show,” only informed Andrews of the threatening emails April 1, 2010, though the company had been receiving the emails for months. They apparently only told Andrews about them when the emails “turned violent on March 14.”

Andrews’ attorney Marshall Grossman tells TMZ,” We are outraged that these emails did not come to our attention until now” and that Erin is “having a tough time.”

Her security at “Dancing With the Stars” has been increased following these threats, but she has no plans to pull out of her commitment to the popular show.
