Did President Obama dye his hair sometime between the State Arrival ceremony for Chinese President Hu Jintao, and the State Dinner later that evening? The State Arrival took place outside, and the State Dinner took place inside, but President Obama’s hair appears to be shades darker. Also note how his hair has grayed from his Inauguration in 2009 to the Tucson memorial in 2011.
