Third Nékter Juice Bar opening in Huntington Beach

Nékter Juice Bar, which features an array of juices, smoothies and acai bowls, will open its third Huntington Beach site — at Seacliff Village Shopping Center — on Saturday.

This brings to 20 the total number of Nékter Juice Bars in Orange County and to 57 the number across five Western states. The company was founded in 2010 by Orange County locals Steve and Alexis Schulze.

To celebrate the grand opening, Nékter will offer special promotions and contests from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., including 16-ounce fresh juices and smoothies for $1 — regularly priced at $5.95.

Nékter officials said the company will donate a portion of sales to the Surfrider Foundation, a local nonprofit dedicated to the protection and enjoyment of the oceans.

The new restaurant is located in the Seacliff Plaza of Seacliff Village, at Yorktown Avenue and Main Street. Hours of operation are 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Mondays through Fridays and 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays. For more information, visit nekterjuicebar.com.
