What Halloween means

Connie Winkleman of Irvine says she wasn’t a big fan of dressing up for Halloween, especially at work, but then something happened. In 2012, she and some co-workers talked about dressing up and came up with "Disney Villains" as their theme. She is the Queen of Hearts in the center, with the Evil Queen and Cruella de Vil.
