Mike Brown plans to keep same tight rotation for Game 4
Among the highlights of Mike Brown’s pregame news conference:
--Brown plans to keep the same tight rotation despite playing the second night of back-to-back games.
--Brown didn’t schedule a morning shoot-around. Instead, he organized a walk-through around 5 p.m. to go over various coverages.
--Brown said that Matt Barnes’ playing time dipped to 10 minutes the last two games because of bad defensive mistakes. Still, Brown gave a vote of confidence he could turn around his struggles in the postseason, when he’s shot only 28.6% from the field.
--Brown believes Pau Gasol should be more aggressive.
--Brown touted Andrew Bynum’s Game 3 effort as his second-best playoff performance this season behind his Game 1 effort against Denver in which he posted 10 blocked shots to go with 10 points and 11 rebounds. Despite shooting only two of 13 from the field, Bynum stayed engaged, scoring 15 points by hitting 11 of 12 free throws while grabbing 11 rebounds and blocking three shots.
