The Latte Piu, a Roman milk bar

An absinthe-soaked sugar cube is set afire over a drink at Latte Più, a Roman milk bar patterned after "Clockwork Orange's" Korova. The burning granules fall into the glass, sweetening the bitter alcohol, which tastes of black licorice.
