Within the 2,400 square feet of cedar-lined space is a living room with beamed ceilings, an eat-in kitchen, an office/den, an art studio and a workshop. Walls of windows and sliding-glass doors center on sweeping city and canyon views.

The master suite has a private balcony for a total of three bedrooms and three bathrooms.

Outdoors, a wide patio with a fire pit opens to a lap swimming pool. Elsewhere on the property is a separate studio and guest house.

Rolling lawns and a blanket of mature trees and landscaping complete the park-like setting.
