The Clippers’ Chris Paul has a new home court for holidays.

The star point guard recently paid $1.775 million for a home in Woodland Hills, according to the Multiple Listing Service.

The newly-built Mediterranean, on more than half an acre in College Acres, is entered through a double-height foyer with a wrought iron staircase and elaborate chandelier. Designed for entertaining, the two-story floor plan features large formal spaces, a cook’s kitchen, a wine room and a separate bar.

The master suite sports large walk-in closets, a fireplace, a soaking tub, a rain shower and a private balcony overlooking the grounds. In all, the home has five bedrooms, 4.75 bathrooms and three fireplaces in a little more than 6,400 square feet.

Outdoors, the backyard setting centers on a large patio and a pool. Elsewhere on the property is a north-south tennis court and an outdoor kitchen.

The home came on the market in October at $1.895 million with Stephanie Vitacco of Keller Williams Realty as the listing agent. Ikem Chukumerije of Westside Premier Estates/Sports Relocation Inc., represented Paul, records show.

Paul, who is in the second year of a five-year, $107-million contract, led the NBA in assists and steals last season. The seven-time NBA All-Star is averaging 17.5 points and 9.7 assists per game so far this season, his third with the Clippers.
