Joey Lawrence puts splashy Calabasas remodel up for sale

Joey Lawrence, who stars on “Melissa & Joey,” has listed a Mediterranean-style home in Calabasas at $1.899 million.

Built in 1988, the remodeled home looks like new with such upgrades as suede textured walls, exposed beam ceilings, stone-clad fireplaces and crown molding. The dining room features mosaic tile walls. In the family room, which has a wet bar and fireplace, the walls are leather. There are new doors, air conditioning units, can lights and new garage doors.

The 4,562 square feet of living space include four bedrooms and four bathrooms.

The quarter-acre lot contains a swimming pool and spa with a rock waterfall, a barbecue center, patios, decks and lawn.

Lawrence, 38, is also a singer and a reality game show host on “Splash,” and has taken his turn on the floor in “Dancing with the Stars.” He has been in several series including “Run of the House” (2003-04), “Blossom” (1990-95) and “Gimme a Break!” (1983-87).

He bought the property three years ago for $1,442,500, public records show.
