Vincent Kartheiser of 'Mad Men' seeks buyer for petite Hollywood pad

Vincent Kartheiser's Hollywood pad is 603 square feet of micro living space

Vincent Kartheiser of “Mad Men” has listed his Hollywood bungalow at $808,000.

The 603-square-foot micro-home was featured last year in Dwell. At the center of the walled and gated lot of 2,325 square feet is a vintage bungalow that was built in 1912 and has been reworked into an open-concept pied-a-terre.

The modernist pad features a bed that tucks up into the ceiling when not in use. Its redwood headboard can become a desk. Storage closets and a full bathroom sit behind custom shoji-style fiberglass and steel screens.

Adjacent to the bedroom area is a courtyard that includes a covered seating area. A coffee table converts into an outdoor fireplace.

A detached spa contains showers, a steam room and a dry sauna. The ceiling is made of 2,500 pieces of individually carved wood. There’s also a laundry room and a powder room.

Kartheiser, 35, has played Pete Campbell on the AMC series "Mad Men" since it began in 2007. He was on “Angel” from 2002-04.

Tregg Rustad of Rodeo Realty is the listing agent.
