Perhaps better described as a horror film than a documentary, this film examining the collapse of Detroit (and to an extent the U.S. manufacturing industry) offers sobering slices of life amid an economic collapse. Long the butt of easy jokes, Detroit's crumbling state becomes all the more sobering in the light of those trying to survive in its city limits, and the overwhelming feeling is one of how easily this could happen in other cities too.
