It's a known fact that men and women's noses get larger with age.

There are several theories about what causes the apparent growth of a nose throughout one's life. Ears and noses are made mostly of cartilage that may continue to grow as we age. So when a person's nose is perceived by others to be getting smaller and more refined over the years, it raises question for the eagle-eyed star watchers.

Is there something else going on here besides the natural aging process? Of course, we make no assertions about what may or may not have been manually modified. We simply present some interesting photos and leave the verdicts up to you.
