It's not very interesting and it's not representative of what most angelenos consider fashion. I'll tell you what I saw... teenagers in rain-soaked cotton hoodies, eccentric umbrellas, chihuhuas in raincoats, homeless individuals covered in garbage bags and newspaper. How about getting out of Echo Park/Silverlake, West Hollywood and show up how LA as a whole has adjusted their wardrobe to the storm? These pictures read more urban outfitters catalogue than Los Angeles Times.
