Aid to colleges: An article in Sunday’s Section A about federal economic stimulus funds awarded to the Cal State and UC systems said the Cal State system was $600 million below its operational needs for its 2009-2010 budget. The Cal State system is nearly $600 million below its operational needs for the two-year period of 2008-2010.
