1 child, 1 adult killed, 4 hurt in Fontana car crash
Two people were killed and four others injured in multi-vehicle crash in Fontana, police said Monday night.
One of those killed in the accident near Foothill Boulevard and Citrus Avenue was a child, the Fontana Police Department said.
“One of the vehicles was traveling at a high rate of speed” and “blew the red light,” Lt. William Megenney told The Times. He was citing preliminary information from investigators at the scene.
The accident was reported about 8:30 p.m. and involved three vehicles. No other details were immediately available.
