Outbreaks of childhood diseases are more likely at about 200 Southern California schools in large part because of parents choosing not to immunize. A Times analysis identified schools as at risk if at least 7.5% of entering kindergartners this school year were exempted from immunization. Most are schools in affluent areas.

The LA Times has recently had several articles and op-eds recently on childnood vaccinations in general, as well as on the new state law on requiring students to get the whooping cough shot and how school districts (especially LAUSD) are coping with the requirement. You should have links to all of those articles, rather than just one of them.
I also would have liked to see some analysis of the data, such as comparing percentage of non-vaccinated students vs. parental income (as well as other demographic parameters such as percentage of immigrant parents), what the percentage of private schools is (out of the total in the county) that you've marked as at risk, etc.
